Problem with TS09 SP3 (build40400)

Hello everyone,
I have resently installed the SP3 patch for Ts09. After the install i went into trainz, tried to make a train of the Wisconsin Central 2 bay hoppers from USLW, they worked fine before the patch, and now they dont work at all!! But that is not the largest problem, after about 3 times of using trainz, I tried to open it again, but it takes me right to the options screen and says, "No serial number found, please enter your planet Auran serial number." so i did what I was told, but then i get this, "You do not have a vaild serial number, please make sure you are using English chacters." After coping and pasteing my TS09 serial number from planet Auran, I STILL kep getting this message! Then if i hit close and try to click on "Start" it does the same thing! Please help!

Hi JackieG,

With relation to the 2 bay hoppers, are they displaying as faulty, or simply not working?

For the serial number issue, I'd advise contacting Helpdesk.

Thank you shane. They show up faulty and do not show up.

OK - standard proceedure for that is to right-click the asset(s) in question, and click View Errors. The resulting screen will tell you what the errors are.
