Problem with skining

When ever i reskin something it always shows up compleatly white when I veiw it in the game(I am using trs2006). what am I doing(or not doing) that is causing this?:/
 
 
When editing a TGA file, make sure the software you are using does not compress the .TGA file on saving (as specified above)

Each program is different, so I cannot give any generic advice other than what I have just specified.

Also, make sure that it is the correct dimensions - otherwise, it may be a possible issue with your image-editing program.

thanks for the help I just needed to turn the RLE compression in GIMP off
