problem with consist not showing but shows under maps

Hi All.
under Canadian Mountains Rockies/session CP Rail Freight Run.. In Display Menu / go down to driver Adair enter his name and the consist does not come up on screen, but when going to the MAP shows consist is there. How do I bring this consist to view on screen. I have removed the game and reinstalled .but no, still not work. Any help appreciated. Cheers, Robynne
