Problem with cd key ( original game)

Hi everybody!

I bought trainz 2010 this chrismas but I can't play :'(

I've installed the game without problems , but when I go to play with this , it ask-me to cd - key. There is a sticker over cd with a CD-Key , I put this but I recive a message "invalid cd key".

Any body has same problem ?

I try to put the cd-key without - and with - but doesn't run

Keys are not normally on stickers on the disc. Are you sure you purchased a genuine copy of the game?

If you bought it from Auran then contact the helpdesk - (link button on the top of this sceen) - otherwise contact your supplier.....

Yes it's geniuine, I bought in a big mall.

I found solution!!!

"If during the installation you selected to install only the core program, then you will need to re-install Trainz and install the full program. You will then be able to enter your serial number.

If this does not work, then please contact the helpdesk for further assistance."

Which is where they normally are - not on the disc ...
