Problem saving Razorback railways.

Hi all.

I have been playing the Razorback railway recently, both with built in locos and downloaded ones (off the DLS).

When I return to the game after saving the session, the game crashes. This only happens with Razorback, never happens with any other route. (and I have tested them all. ;)).

Can anyone suggest why this is happening and if I can fix it please?

Craig.

Hello Samcraigffas,

I don't know the answer to your problem, but I know how it feels when nobody answers your question. All I can offer is that Razorback Railway has a forum, and you could get an answer over there. I'm pretty sure you have to register with them (no big deal) then you can post your question.. Good Luck!!

Actually, I just went over there, and someone asked a similar question to yours (maybe it was you??) And the answer was something like this ...

You can not save a session in RBR at this time. (and)

It should actually be....Quote You can not save an Activity ever.

The actual Razorback Layout was 'broken' in releases after TR2006. The whole layout itself is being remade to T12 standards but has not been released (has not even got to Beta testing).

However, Larry aka Jenolan has created "Athena" for T12 which allows creators to create 'activities' (that cannot be saved) and requires the necessary tools (found in the Download section) to be downloaded from the RBR site here http://razorbackrailway.com/forums/. To date activities have been created for Murchinson 2 (2), ECML (1) and RBR Shunt Map II (1).

Cheers

Hi Bob & Ron.

Thanks for replying. I must say I am disappointed at not being able to save sessions in Razorback as it's my fav route. Oh well can't be helped.

PS. Rob. It wasn't me who posted that question on the Razorback site, I forgot they had a forum.

Sorry to say that RBR is no more.
You can however purchase the T4 and T6 compendium at jenolan.org.
this disk has every release forT4 andT6 plus all layouts.
I have recently redone The classic layout for T12 and it is on the DLS as kuid:211842:100059
