Problem Logging Into Planet Auran

I just purchased a digital download of Trainz 2012. I logged onto my account to download the files after receiving a receipt for purchasing the program, and proceeded to start downloading the first file. While waiting for the download to complete itself, I updated my account to accept my new email address. After doing so, I waited for the file to finish the download and went to download the next file, only to find that the Planet Auran signed me out automatically. I retyped my username and password and Planet Auran would not accept me. I retyped both and tried again to sign in......and repeatedly, was denied logging into my account. I went to the Trainz Forum and I was denied still there. I hit the "lost password" at Planet Auran after to send me my password to hopefully fix the error. No email ever arrived to my inbox. I was able to get the Trainz Forum username / password issue resolved now that the forum emailed me and I reset my account, but Planet Auran still will not work nor has any email arrived (although, my understanding from reading the some threads here, is that any email reply from Auran will not be quick). I have been registered since Trainz 2004, and never had a problem with Planet Auran itself. I'm not sure why there is a problem as I haven't changed my password at all.

Can anyone help me out?

You should not have changed your email address whilst doing a download, as this effectively causes your account to refresh, and as a result will log you out.

Your best bet is to check your spam folder, and if it's not there, contact the Helpdesk.

Thanks Shane,

I did check my spam folder, nothing was there....however, now magically, Planet Auran is allowing me to log on.....I don't what happened, but thank you for the help.

Lack of emails reaching the users has been a recurring problem. I'm sure N3V is working their collective donkeys off trying to fix it.
