I have received an e-mail from someone who has tried to download my recent custom objects from the DLS but has not been able to connect, getting the message "cannot find web page ". He has had no problems with other creators eg. tafweb. However, judging by the number of downloads, others have had no problem connecting. I have also tried downloading my most recent using "download page" and this worked perfectly well.
I have been unable to suggest a reason other than that the fault might lie in a) his internet connection or b) the DLS server. It seems strange that mine cause this problem whereas others do not. Can anyone suggest a reason please? Has anyone else had the same problem with my objects?
