Portal Problem

Hi All,
i have this strange problem
i have been creating a route,to make the route realistic i have included trams
i have put a portal at the end of the line for the trams to come back,progammed the the portal what i want and no dice
all they want to do is derail,i have ran a loco and it returns no problem
the trams are by motorman am i missing somthing here

this what happens when the tram enters portal
any ideas would be most greatful

Little red bug icon at lower right means some kind of script error, it might be related.

What does that script bug refer to? That might be an indication of what your problem is.

What would help is name and KUID numbers for the tram and whatever portal you're using.

First part of that is how to copy and paste name and KUID number and/or error messages if you don't already know how.

Hi All,
Had think about
The trams come in two pieces,tram itself and the pantagraph [dropcentre or pully]
when i run the tram without the pantagraph it returns with pantagraph no
nothing is faulty,the bug is a quick drive command
i've found the problem but got no idea how to fix it

I don't have any idea how to fix it either, since I can't see your computer from here and still don't have the first clue what portal you're using or what the tram is.

this is how it is set up

i have placed the pulley away from the tram to show you can place it anywhere on the track

And placed on tram
i am using portal basic
what i think what the problem is trainz does not recognize the pulley as a train hence it wont pick it up in the portal command

Well, good luck with it. I can guess that you mean Portal Basic,<kuid:30501:22006> but without a KUID number for the tram and pole attachment it's going to take me a few years to hunt down exactly what you're using so I can run some tests, so don't wait up for me.

This may be a wild shot but check how you have the portal set for loading unloading, reason i say this is if it goes in without a pan but comes back with one it may take the pan as a load, and one option is load empty trains. As i said just i stab in the dark but you could try the different combinations and see what happens.
