The POTBRR is currently non servicing right now... If I remember correctly they have huge track problems due to flooding. I could be wrong though.

Nope, big storm in 2007 wiped out the middle section. As far as I know, there are currently no plans to rebuild it.

Speed limit: According to http://www.donwinter.com/Railroad I...hes/Route Descriptions/Banks to Tillamook.htm , the speed limit varied between 15 and 25 MPH.

Here's a link to operating rules used by the railroad (as well as many others): http://gsee.sdf-us.org/signals/docs/pdf/gcor/gcor_4-2000.pdf

For the steamer in Garibaldi, are you referring to this one? http://ocsr.net/clc2roster.html
If so, there's something similar on SirGibby's site ( http://www.trainzone.co.nz/steam.htm#The HEISLER )
Alternatively, there's a 2-8-2 on static display in a park there ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/mwbergeron01/4492534702/ ) - in that case, Ben Neal has a 2-8-2 on his site: http://www.steammachine.com/bdaneal/sgdl.htm

I'm not sure about the signals; I'll look around.
What do you mean by the points?

This is shaping up quite nice I must say, will be a nice place to burn up some traction motors on some SD9's if it gets finished. Keep up the good work.
