Gee, what do the education systems teach students these days?

The only reason why i hate payware locos cause if u download it and ur loco is laggy and u delete it and u dont get ur money back.
Thomas Fan a translation is needed. I don't understand text/chat typing - especially on boards that are not designed for text/chat speech.

PS: I hope this is not an example of how students are taught in today's education systems!

"Who hates payware locos?" If you, why? what has a payware loco ever done to you?

More seriously though the decision on whether to pay is based, at least for me, not only on quality. Why pay if there are already perfectly acceptable free versions? On the other hand, I would be willing to pay for good freeware quality if it is a model of a loco I want and cannot get for free.

By the way, no one has done Western Pacific steam, yet.

Which reminds me. the other day I saw the license plate "WPSTEAM".:udrool:

This silly thread is an example of the level that this forum has come to. It's what happens when your target market is middle school boys.

Hi Bill

I agree with your comment, with the added emphasis on 'good quality'

Rob.

I agree too. When I used to use MSTS, I purchased quite a bit of payware items. There are a few builders who I wish would make stuff for Trainz, but they won't cross the bridge.

And believe me, if they ever came out with Trainz payware routes and rolling stock, I'd surely purchase something from them.

The thing is, the content has to be worth it.

John
