Hi Shane,
What you are doing for the new Trainzers as well as the older Trainzers is very welcome!
Many of us 'older' guys wish we had the skills to make a few changes or be able to re-skin some assets, like what we read others are doing on the Forum; ... but the technology is just sometimes beyond our understanding.

If your Tutorials and instructions could be set out on a 'step-by-step' basis, then there would be less chance for error and everybody would reap the benefits.

My "Other" suggestion for your Poll would be on how to 'fine-tune' some of the new features in T:ANE ... For example: Adjusting 'Super-Elevation' on tracks, what percentages work best and how much lead-in is necessary so the consist doesn't 'jump'.
A tutorial on how to adjust and get the best performance out of the game, based on whatever CPU and video driver we have. (Or is it just trial and error?)

My 2 cents worth. Cheers,
Roy3b3

Thankyou for your comments Roy3b3. Where possible, I do my tutorials in a step by step format.

In terms of the fine tuning, I will have a look into what's required and work from there (and as for performance, most of the time it's trial and error as two machines with the same hardware can behave differences.

Thankyou to all who voted - the poll is now closed, but I will be doing another one in the coming months.

As it stands though, my priorities (as per the votes) are:

Importing Content - 2nd
Using Content Manager (basic features like validating assets) - Joint 4th
Using Content Manager (more advanced features) - Joint 4th
Repairing assets to meet T:ANE requirements - 1st
Installing T:ANE and user data related tutorials - 3rd
Other (State in a separate comment) - 5th

I will be making further enquiries to forum users over the next few days as to exactly what is required in terms of tutorials.

Shane
