plz tell me how to upgrade TS2009 to an SP4

i don't have trs 2009, so i will have to explain this the best i can. Click launch trs 2009. then on the little launcher, click options, somewhere in one of the tabs should be your planet auran login details, as well as a button that says "Patch Trainz". This is what it looks like for ts 2010, so im assuming it looks the same there. Click on that and follow the instructions. Hope for the best!

Doesn't SP4 make TS2009 basically TS2010? That is the way that it looks on the DLS search pane. 
If so, then since he has TS2010, I would not know why he would want to have two copies of the same thing on the computer.

If the advice given by Amtrakguy76 does not work (i.e. if the Patch Trainz button is unavailable), there is a manual patch available at http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=65074.
Note, though, that there are bugs with SP4 (see http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=66084) and there is a chance that some of your content may be flagged as faulty.
