I have purchased 17 routes that are listed in Steam DLC yet I can't find most of them in the game I believe I need to download them to include them in the game I am new and and can't work out how to do it, I purchased a couple more today that were on sale and I can't find them, they are listed in my steam DLC. I just want access to what I have paid for PLEASE HELP!

The situation, as I understand it, is as follows.

All the DLC since a few years ago now comes from the N3V site, not from Steam but Steam, for some reason, does not pass onto N3V the names of those who have purchased the DLC and can therefore download it.

The solution: Send a Support message (link at the top of this page) telling N3V what you have purchased. They will then do a manual check and enable the downloads.

Totally understand the frustration I had the same issue when I first started. If the DLCs show up in your Steam library under "Manage My DLC" for Train Simulator (or whichever game it is), make sure they're checked/enabled. After that, try restarting Steam and launching the game again sometimes it needs a fresh start to trigger the downloads. Also check the in-game content manager or menu to see if they’re listed there. Hope this helps you’ll be enjoying your new routes in no time!

Thank you I have managed to install one of the routes I just bought but it won't run just comes up with an error message I shan't be buying anymore and if my difficulties persist I will just uninstall Trainz and try something more reliable and user friendly, I remain very disappointed.
