Please Help!!!!

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me I recently downloaded trainz 10 engineers addition from simulator central and the serial number won't work but that's another matter, anyway now when I try to use Trainz launcher to open any Trainz downloads get a message saying "Please start the trainz launcher and enter a valid CD KEY for this product".Any help would be greatly appreciated.
