Hi Zec,

My account was banned again because I tried to register my older Trainz to get all my purchased Trainz timeline back showing on my account. Can you retrieve & restore my old account which was ri4321 that has my Trainz timeline already showing and delete my current account that I have now?

I think you have to send a ticket to the Helpdesk so they can fix it.
