Please help with Steam Version of Trainz. I can't download from Download Station

Hi guys can someone please help me with an issue im having at the moment with trs 12, I have downloaded a steam engine but it is saying I need dependencies but when I go to the download cart to download the pack it comes up with a error notice saying its unable to acquire write access User data folder. I have tried everything but still no response, help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Check to make sure the Root folder for TS12 is not set to "read only" in it's Properties tab.
-If it shows a check mark OR blue box at the check location, uncheck till the box is clear, then apply.
--Chose "sub folders and files" too, when prompted.

Close completely after the "apply" is done...it will take a few minutes.
-When you re-check the Properties again, it will show a blue box at the check location...this is fine.

Edit: Also make sure all your .exe files are set to "run as administrator" and you have Permissions under the Security tab.

Another thing to check is that you are not running two copies of the same Trainz installation at the same time, as this will also cause this message.

I noticed you wrote

Are you trying to DL from the black pages to the download cart?

If so please use CM3.x to DL dependencies.
