Patching Problem

Hi All
Can anyone advise me as I have recently purchased TS2010 Build 42203 but when the progam starts it is telling me the the Tainz build is out of date.
I have followed the link for the patch from 42203 to 43434 but when I click on the link for the download all I receive is a blank page!
Can anyone help?

You need the bottom one.

Turn off antivirus and touch nothing while it's patching, which can take a couple of hours or longer, the progress bar doesn't move much until the end, don't interrupt the patch or you will have to reinstall from scrtach. If Win7 or Vista you need to run the patch as administrator. When it's finished reboot the PC before trying to start Trainz
