Passenger Trains Blowing By Station and Getting Stuck

Due to the length of my route and several crossovers for industries and yards I decided to include drive via trackmark commands, so AI won't randomly switch tracks. A westbound train twice decided to pass by the station only to get stuck about three baseboards roughly from the destination. I also noticed that the AI trains won't remove drive via trackmark commands which are followed by drive to station and will then go past said station. How do I fix this?

Try adding the 'stop' command after the 'drive to station' command.
