"Paravozik" kuids that break additions

Hi all! Already raised this topic, they promised to help, but several years have passed since that moment and no one has done anything. In general, the essence is this, there is such an author of additions to the AlexTM DLS. Because of some grievances against society, he decided to ruin everyone's life by updating his normal add-ons, replacing them with empty kuids, due to which many add-ons of other authors who used his spare parts broke down. Once again, I ask you to remove from the DLS all updates of this author, which are called "Paravozik".

In T:ANE, I have two assets by alextm:
<kuid2:700148:100417:1> Paravozik
<kuid2:700148:100418:1> Paravozik

I note that the config.txt files say kind "engine", but the kuid tables are empty.
However, if I "list dependents", I get this list:

I tried some of these locos in T:ANE, just in DCC mode, and they seem to work OK. If those two files are removed, then they will all be missing dependencies. I don't know if those files actually have a purpose or do anything, but they don't appear to be harming anything, and if they are removed there would be a lot of dependents to fix.
I do also note that I have the :1 versions, not the:2 versions, so I assume the :2 versions may be the empty ones? In T:ANE there is not prompt for newer version, but listing asset versions, I notice that the :2 versions are slightly smaller, so perhaps they are the ones that have had content removed? Perhaps the :1 versions are OK to keep?

Are they showing as faulty in any way? There is nothing in the obsolete tables, so they have not obsoleted the version :1 assets.

It's not about obsolescence. Here is an example, initially it was a red crown, but if it is updated, it will be a dummy, and locomotives using this crown will not have it
