have you actually been there????? only one out of 7 of the items are available, and that is the config and directory setup tutorial part of the photshsop® tutorial.
the following items are missing, or not created yet.

Yes I have, that's why I promote the website, however, I use Irfanview, as I find it easier to use, but others have there own preferences...

I read a little bit on reskinning in Irfanview in tutorials, but I found it easier to play around with Irfanview, and I found a locomotive that I would never use, the Class 37 with GIF down the side, and I repainted it, that's when I found I could clone the engine, and change the main kuid number and make loads of different engines...
