P42 Genesis

I navigated to the trs2006/local folde where there appears to be all the files for the p42 pack, it includes some of the .tag files and all that but I don't see any config.txt files. There are some config.chump files...
Would these be the ones that need to be edited in notepad like a .bat file perhaps?

Okay How do I do install the P42's for TRS2006?
Alright I've downloaded the P42's from protrainz, as well as the set from the Amtrak Geek zone and the horn sounds.. I'm trying to follow this so I can get these Genesis Locos to show up in 2006. So if someone would like to walk me through on what I need to do (in terms of configs and what not) to get these to show up in Railyard in 2006, then feel free to.. Please and thank you..

how did u reskin with what program?
If you downloaded and installed the P42s from the DLS before installing the ones from Protrainz they may not work. You will need to go into CMP and uninstall the DLS P42s before installing the others. after installing them all. drag them into the Download Helper window and tell it to 'Start' which should get any other dependencies that weren't included.

Well the interesting thing is that I've gotten the Protrainz P42 Genesis Pack working and they are showing up (visually) fine. I then downloaded the ones off the DLS next, and these too are okay visually. Then I downloaded the AGZ pack of reskins, and installed them and they're showing up in the list but (not showing up visually).
So I know the Protrainz pack is working, and the ones from the DLS are woking okay, and yet the AGZ ones aren't visible.. So am I missing a step here?

That shouldn't be right. The ProTrainz ones and the DLS ones are the same units. Its just the pack on the DLS is missing a required asset. If you have the Protrainz pack installed the AGZ pack should work. if it doesn't plese come to the AGZ foums and let us know your info (the problem, TRS version, any errors CMP reports, etc)

as for the Build the trainz version is the 2006 version, Build 3337 (it's the TRS2006/SP1 pack installation you get in Trainz Railwayz without Trainz Classics (TC) Installed ).

Resolved...
Well I found out what the issue was... seems I forgot to download kuid 126323:53056 (It's an engine sound) but now all of the items are showing up in the list..
