Order Never Received, No Response from Helpdesk

Hi All, I am hoping somebody here will be able to help me. I ordered Trainz Collection on June 9, 2008. It has been over a month and I still haven't received it. It was supposed to have been sent via Air Mail. My order status indicates that it has shipped. However, there is no tracking information. I am in the US and I know it should take 1-3 weeks to get here, but it has been over a month. I have submitted inquiries to helpdesk but received no response. My son can't wait for it to arrive. Any advice is appreciated.
 
great this makes me feel REAL freaking good. Im in the same boat as you. I know that the company was back ordered for a while so mine didnt ship for about a week but it has been almost 4 weeks.
 
Please accept our apologies for the delay of some items ordered in June. We took on a new fulfilment company and unfortunately there have been a few teething problems. Some orders from the 6th-16th of June fell into a black hole but were shipped out on July 8. We will be giving a free month First Class Ticket to all those affected by the delay.

I ordered a copy on the 21st October 2007 for Christmas.
Maybe with a little luck and more patience I'll have it for
Christmas 2008 (Just maybe). I thought prepaid customers got
preference on orders but I saw it in EB's a couple of weeks ago.

Perhaps I should put my order in now for TRAINZ 9 and 10.

It finally arrived today. Only 8 months 25 days from ordering.
It was already in the post when I wrote earlier today.
