first of all i am sorry for my bad english.

i have a problem trainz 2012. train 1 is going to station 1 and train 2 is going to station 2. but they are waiting eachother at signals. each train locked their junction and waiting waiting waiting.

do you know, how solve this problem? any priority rules in trainz?

Not sure it will solve your problem but I have a single line route same as you have set out but in my case I have stations at the areas where you have loops.
- put signals looking in both direction in between the stations/loops.
- put track markers at each loop on through line only.
- adjust timing to allow one engine to wait in loop for the other to stop/trigger the track mark.
It is worth experimenting as I have found out over this past week or so.
I now have passenger operating between two terminal stations with two intermediate and a goods train following behind on the UP.

thank you for your answers. i solved the problem. signal which i used, isn't working. i changed signal and problem solved :)

To put it simply, in general, you need three signals protecting each junction. One at the head of the point, facing the forks, and one on each fork facing the head. With these in place, train 1 will see the red signal at the head of the point that is in front of train 2, and release the junction, behind it, allowing train 2 to pass, and vice versa. The first of the two trains to do this will continue on to the next passing loop. The stretch of track between the loops becomes a block on its own, which is empty, allowing one train into it. Right now, both trains see it as available, and try to lock the point at the other end.
