Olympic Pack not working in Trainz 2009

I purchased the Olympic Pack but while the name appears in the list in Railyard there is no image. Content Manager shows 4 unknown dependencies and one missing dependency.

Unknown Location: <kuid2:45324:555200:1>
Unknown Location: <kuid2:45324:90203:1>

Missing dependencies: EMD HTCR bogey (grey)

I updated to service pack 4 but that did not resolve the problem.

I was able to locate a missing dependency at http://jointedrail.com/dependencies/engine-sounds/16-710-engsound.html and can now see the model in the program.
