Older orders.

Hello,
I have a question about my older orders.
I thought I had read here on the forums that I could have my older orders available to re-download.
If so what to I need to do?
First I have all of my stuff backed up. So I do not need them now. This is just in-case of anything drastic.
These would be order from 2009,10,11.

Planet Auran, log in, left hand side, under Shop is legacy orders which is where your pre simulator Central stuff is.

Thanks, But I was talking about my order from JR itself.

We would need the order emails from those old orders to re-add them manually to your account that is on our current site. All of that info was corrupted and lost right before we moved to the new site we are using now.

I just wanted say to that my questions have been answered. I now do have access to most of my previously purchased payware.
It was done in a timely manor.
