Not bad Claude.:Y: For a pocket knife and a few other tools you did very well in my book. May I ask what the picture is on the body. If I am not mistaken it looks to be pyrography or wood burning. And very nicely done also. Something that is my little hobby.

The picture on the face is printed paper overlay that came on the plywood. It's a fancy decorative wall panel. Some of my left over wood scrap is fairly nice.
I'm already planning my next diabolical affront to music.:D

The last is the male dog, the 2 first bitches.

Here in Norway we have the wilderness right outside our doorstep. We have many wild animals as well. Last month, 3 dogs where killed by wolfs (they where hunting dogs). We have wolfs, moose, deer and wild boar, recently invaded from Sweden.

The climate is warm summers and cold winters. But I live far in the north, so the vegetation is limited due to cold winters. The trees we have native is :Pine (Scots pine the most common tree), Spruce (very common), alder, aspen, Birch (very common), Oak (very common where I live, not in inlands), Beech (not common), Rowan (common) and several others. There is a mix of farmlands and forest, the most common agriculture plants are wheat, barley and raps(oil seed-yellow flowers).

Jan
Where you live, the outside could make a nice Trainz route especially in the summer time with steam locomotives running passengers and goods down the line.

Jan,

You are so lucky to live in that area!
Beautiful scenery, seems old fashioned and remote...I love that feeling!

I also like your dogs, that is quite a litter that one has!

Cheers,
Woody
