Just curious. Would I be able to run this route in 2010 wihout any issues?

Yes, pending many variables I am not yet sure of including if I will ever finish.
My track is hurting the TS2010 Intellegent Draw Distance which I am not happy about.
Getting FPS with 1GB DDR3 9800GT around 38 to 52 depending on area.

Was a goal for this to be part of Partnership Route.

With my Payware Site Revenue gone, another crappy situation I can't discuss, and a few other details I may not be able to finish this.
I shared this work now because in a few days I may not be able to.

Probably due to these screenshots, I ruined it from being part of the program, but like I said I highly doubt I'll meet the deadline anywas as more pressing issues in front of me.
Had a day to work on this and share my work. Not many days like that so far nor do I see in the future.

More prototypical engines are necessary and OHCR rolling stock which cuts into the route buiding process as well.
Those engines are a paint to reskin without PSD's.

Regardless if this is every finished or not, I feel I have substantially improved. From the first route which took over a year, and this slated for even longer if not never ending I am happy with my efforts.
I am scared of what tommorrow is bringing, but I shall take it as it comes and hope that I can apply the growth experienced here in my personal life challenges.

wait, you live in Ohio!!!
I wish i lived in the Most Friendlyist State, Oh-Hi-O

While I would hate, and I mean absolutely hate the deep cold and snow, believe me Ohio is not at all friendly. Our economy is lagging behind other states who seem to be showing signs of recovery.
Our state is heavily taxed. It is also unfriendly to people who are diverse which is a shame. I am shooting to relocate, but that depends on if I can find a temporary fix here to stop the fall and then relocate.

Once these are done (different levels of detailing for each road number for a little variety):
  • GP38 #2175 ( Ohio Central System Paint )
  • GP35 #2257 ( Conrail Patched )
  • GP35 #2393 ( Conrail Patched )
  • SD45 #7499 ( Ohio Central System Paint )
  • SD45 #8976 ( Conrail Patched )
  • SD45 #1768 ( N&W Patched High Hood )
  • SW1500's ( Ohio Central System Paint, Pittsburgh and Ohio Central )
Unfortunately, I can not do any B23 Units as no freeware mesh available. Ohio Central had a huge amount of these.

Thanks BobCass. I see my steam reskins used often by you.

No need as they were all with warnings for TS2010, and my revisions are more in line with the real engines.

Awesome Reskins ! may i ask what loco's are you using and is there layered templates or can you easly re skin with effecting details..

Using Prjindigo Old Meshes, and there are no PSD's therefore it is much harder to skin properly.

Using a tremendous amout of layering for the effects you see. I wanted to redo the side door detailing, but that would thake allot more time I decided to pass on.

Thanks, I know that feeling last night i spent like 2 hours making a layered RS3 template from an older model and still probably needs allot of work but i moved on from it.

my version is on the right..

for weather i like usign the Retouch tool and smudging some different shades while messing with the layer opacity
Sorry to High jack the thread but i really like them SD High Hoods and want to skin one...

Love the route. I went to the OC RR website to see the service area and it seems to go nowhere from Zanesville to Warwick. Is this correct?

Those look great Kon1786

I believe that when the OHCR was sold a few years back, G&W sold a little portion of it to the Wheeling and Lake Erie.

Wow, you made that old model look pretty darn good! Did you use the existing model (Prjindigo), Mgssapper reboot, or the 3ds files that msgsapper released? The reason I ask is that I noticed that those ungainly MU conectors and ditch lights are gone.

EDIT: I was looking at this model the other night, I was looking at dumping the MU connectors, Ditch lights, Air horns, and redo the cab windows. I was looking at having some N&W / Southern SD45 HH fun....

Wow! Thats all I have to say. Even though this is a modern day route, anything that's Pennsy looks like it'll be right at home on it. (and judging by the signals, it's probably an ex-prr line)
