I get banned and no one even tells me why I get the boot but when I complain about it they get offended and close my post so it's unfair that they kick me off and I didn't even get a warning and it seems that I did something but didn't tell what disrespect I showed.

I don't know why you got banned, but bad mouthing N3V in N3V's Trainz forum wouldn't have help your cause.

That is Zec's closing post in your previous thread, Kris, and he has a point. If you have an issue like that, take care of it privately with the other party (e. g. through email). Privately does not mean on these public forums here. While JointedRail has an emal address, 007007 has a point, for I think that those forums are owned more by USLW (http://www.uslw.net/) than JointedRail. Also, if you do send the forum owners an email asking why you were banned, ask nicely. Ask nicely with no ranting, yelling, complaining, anger, etc., in your post. Just ask nicely, and it might be more likely that you will get a response/answer.

Oh, and you could try actually looking at those Terms of Service that you mentioned in your other thread in the explaination given for why you were banned to see if any of your posts/actions over there violate the Terms of Service.

Also, starting an other thread that continues on a closed thread is generally a no-no, as in this case.

Finally, N3V and these Trainz Discussion Forums are not affiliated with USLW, JointedRail (well, N3V does sell some of JR's stuff, but still), or their "Trainz Discussion Forum", so this points out further that this is probably the wrong place to complain about them

yeah I hope so and I wasn't bad mouthing N3V. I just thought that the karma rating they do on JR was low so I got banned it was -26.

If you continue to use these forums to rant, flame, or abuse users (in any way), you will be banned. Same goes for if you question a moderation decision (as you have done here) in future.
