You could turn it into a machine that has Awesome graphics, a fast processor, a 20TB Hard drive, and you could hard wire the cab controls to play TS12 or whatever version you had. That's what I would do.

EDIT: Just saw it's a steam cab. Oh well.

If I win the Powerball Lottery I would buy it, and turn it into an outdoor backyard Trainz simulator sunshade, (and mosquito proof it with window screen).
 
It's just a bunch of bent sheet metal... by which I don't mean "who'd want a steam loco cab", I mean "It's literally just the sheet metal skin"

I think I'd mount it's front against a wall, with some appropriate "out the window" views in the front windows and set up a model railroad inside, so it was like a canopy over the bench work.

Nice artsey fate for the old cab, But if I was gonna do that - I scratch build the damn thing...
