John, which web browser are you using to view the site?

The site itself states it works best with Firefox 3.x, and does not work fully with IE. (I've just tested it - that is indeed correct)

Ah that would make sense. Using IE, not FF. I didn't see (my brain was in shutting down mode) the caveat. In general the proper practice is to ensure compatibility across as many browsers as possible so that most platforms can connect to a website.

Basically, I couldn't give a s*** if it doesn't work with Internet Exploder.. but the problem has been fixed..There are no problems 'connecting' to the website with Exploder.
