I've tracked down some NZR rolling stock and locos but with the Yc ballast wagons, they have missing dependancies, two to be specific, that aren't on the DLS? how can I fix this problem.

The first lesson in fixing a missing dependency problem is to view the config.txt file while in CM and verifing that all kuids listed at the bottom of the file in the kuid-table are actually referenced in the body of the config.txt file, i.e. they are actually used by the asset. Any extra kuids in the kuid-table can be edited out using Edit - Edit in Explorer, saving and then commiting.
