The General Trainz forum is not for screenshot threads - use the Screenshots forum for that, as your images are too large for this forum (max: 800 X 600 in any forum apart from Screenshots)

That's strange - it's only the Maintenance of Way or the foreign forums (as well as the Freeware/Payware Announcements and the Content Creation Support forums) that should pose you a problem, due to not having a version of Trainz registered.

P.S. Do you get HTTP error 500 (Server Error) when viewing the Screenshot forum whilst logged in?

I'm guessing that is due to not having a serial number registered on this account.

I am aware of the reasons, but unfortunately, that's the way things are - I am simply advising you in case a moderator comes along and removes the images, or changes them to links.

Which bit did I confuse you with? I can re-word it if needed.

Basically, there are two issues:

1.Your screenshots are too big for this forum.
2.Due to your account not having any registered versions of Trainz, you cannot post in the correct forum.

Helpdesk may be able to help you out with Issue #2, but you will need to know your old username, so they can transfer the serial number over (if they decide to)

You will need to tell Helpdesk that, when you raise a ticket regarding the issue.

Also remember that if they do transfer the serial number across, you will need to update your username/password details in Trainz.

If you have an active FCT on the other account, you will need to tell them that as well (although they should be able to tell that at their end).

Perhaps he's not remembering the old user name correctly which is more than likely why he can't log in with it. If he has created any assets or routes or saved a session the correct username will be displayed against "My Content" in Content manager.
 
Just checked - Fooly does exist as a Planet Auran member, but not as a forum member.

This is an issue for Helpdesk to solve.

Let us know how you get on with Helpdesk - remember to either log into Helpdesk using your old username and password, or include your old username in the ticket.

Mention that it is appearing under Planet Auran, but not on the forums.

Can you still access the email address associated with Fooly?

If so, the automated forgot-password process may help.

It may be that the activation was not done in time or something similar.

If that fails, you will need to contact Helpdesk using your current username, including your old username in the ticket, and explaining the situation.
