NS Pittsburgh Sub (Large Pics)

Absolutely superb job Scratchy!!!!!!!!! It shows that you have and will put a lot of hard work and long hours into making this, and it will defiantly pay off! From someone who has traversed that route many times, and been to Horseshoe curve and Altoona, great job!!

Ahhh ... Refreshing scenes
Is that the Hollidaysburg secondary single track line ?
I have traversed the line all the way from Petersburg to Hollidaysburg to Altoona, as well as to Tunnel Hill via the Muleshoe Curve ... any help I can offer you ?
I have a question about PRR low switch targets: "When showing white what does that display mean, as opposed to yellow" ?
The PRR used to have millions of these low switch target lamps, and a team of workers were employed just to add lamp oil, and keep them lit at night.

It is indeed. I was in Altoona in October for a bit of a looksy. Lucky I went when I did as now the Tunnel Inn is shut!
I presume white is the main path, whereas if yellow is visible to the driver the tracks are set to diverge.

10mins in Photoshop, I should probably edit shots more often, what do you guys think?...

Ya its a shame that the close tunnel inn, but family comes first, from what they sent us info on, o well still be able stand on the bridge, great shots

I had no idea that the Tunnel Inn was permanently closed. It was once the town jail, and still has cells with steel bars, in the basement, and the owner was originally from SW Phila
