How far is Spruce Creek from Altoona? Its pretty far, but I have some great shots of the tracks o) and the surrounding area if you need them. I also have some shots of Tyrone and the little J bridges.

I believe this is out near Huntingdon if im not mistaken. I'm heading to the area on Friday for a weekend of fanning the West Slope so i hope to get Rich some good shots to fill in the holes for his route

My uncle bulit the Penn Central, conrail, PRR, Nickle Plate heritage locos at Juniata Loco shop. I got to ride in the Nickle Plate one when it first came out of the shop.

From what I recall hearing, that RS1 was rebuilt with an EMD Motor.
