Now Trainz support has stopped supporting me.............

I have had nothing but problems with TS12. It would crash all the time. (I bought it direct from Auran)
I have sent so, so many emails about this. They have responded to each email, swiftly, with a new way to combat this, but each 'fix' has only lasted 24 - 48 hours and then I had problems again.
I replied again on Saturday 23rd, but after not getting a reply for a few days and what with all the hassle, I downloaded another train sim and it is great! I thought TS12 was good, but this knocks spots off it.
