Jesus christ, Friday 13th is really unlucky for some people...

First a crazed homeless bulgarian man beheads a 60 year old woman after stabbing her several times, then walks around with the head in spain. The guy just got out of a psychriatric hospital. (he was taken down by brave bystanders and several police officers).

and now, 2 train related incidents...

Youtube is full of videos of people driving over railway crossings with the barriers down or lights flashing. WHY would anyone do this?

I guess they want to see if they can pull another stupid lamebrained stunt, just one more time ... or they are just too ignorant to heed warning signs.

The truck driver won't be doing that one again, for sure !

His next employment will be driving the dirt bus.

When I stayed in Dublin, I couldn't get over the number of pedestrians that would jump the barriers or squeeze between them for the sake of 2 minutes. This was on an electrified line where very quiet suburban commuter stock ran every 5 - 10 minutes, sometimes within seconds at certain crossings.
