Not sure about these Forum Faults

Hi everyone and Auran,

Thought I would post here and also send a message to the HelpDesk. Two things I have seen since this mornings/nights Forum problems.

First, I am not receiving any email notifications after someone has posted to a thread I am watching. I have checked my Options in my "User CP" area and everything is there and correct and my email address is correct. Some messages have been posted over an hour ago and I still have no notifications.

Second, I see that the HelpDesk requires for me to log on when it has not normally done this, my request is to be always logged on on this computer (whatever).

Thought I would bump this problem. The second problem is not that important really, but the first is.

I am still not receiving any email notifications to threads I am interested in and posted too. On todays threads they all show "Thread Subscription" - "Instant email Notification" but this is not working. My "User CP" has this also in the "Options" part and my email address is correct. The emails are not going to any "spam" section of my Anti-Virus system or anything else as I use Mailwasher and can see whats there before thy are allowed to "pass" on to me.

I have also contacted the HelpDesk, but I am curious about this and if others have this problem. It started yesterday when the forum went back in time to January 1, 1970 :hehe: . Maybe my Notifications are going back in time to 1970, but I did not have a computer then .......... well most people didn't either :hehe: , just having a calculator was a buzz then :hehe:

Anyone else with this problem.

Hello Craig, yes, now that you come to mention it, I've had no notification by e-mail of new posts to threads either today and I've definately got no problems with my e-mail address, the proliferation of daily spam messages have got through as per usual..........

Yeah it is strange but then everything yesterday was strange. Even though I have contacted the HelpDesk and I have a reply that it is being looked at, I just wanted to make sure it's not me.
