Not being able to log in

Hi guys, looks like I have another question for you. I am able to log in to my account on the trainz forum but when i put my username and password into the trainz launcher, it says i have the wrong username and password. Does anyone know what to do?

Your login to the game should be the same as the one you use for the forums.

Check that your CAPS LOCK is not on and your username and password are correct.

If you are doing these things, and your password does not work, contact the Helpdesk.
