OK! I was able to delete Norton without any residual issues.
I used the Start Menu. Then Settings and Installed APPS from there you delete the Selected APP.
Prior to uninstall I had to be very careful with doing any actions that caused a larger area of Trainz to change, especially elevation. My temperature would literally shoot up and several cores Flashed Critical as the temperature in them exceeded 100C. Now, in the same circumstance, temperatures do not rise out of the mid-eighties.
I tend to believe Norton my be ok but erasing N3V files and causing over-temp with Trainz is plain dangerous. If all you are going to do is hang-out on social media, it might be worthwhile.
