None of my 'newline' keys work in post window.

I have just done a complete re-installation of Win 7 Ultimate 64bit, fully updated and I'm using IE10. When I type a post, I am unable to create a new line. I would appreciate suggestions about curing this irritating problem. The problem occurs in Quick Reply, Advanced and Edit. Peter.

This happened to me once and I was advised to click on the Page button in the command bar, and select Compatibility View. I have Win 7 home premium, 64 bit, and I may have IE 10, but it is at least 9, that I know.

Thanks. That works fine in IE10. I was slowly working towards that solution but you saved me some time and frustration. That Compatibility icon is not easy to see.
