No rolling stock in scenarios

No rolling stock in "routes"

I have installed TRS 2010; but in all the routes that are factory installed , no locomotives or rolling stock is there. All the scenery, track, etc. is there. On routes that I have created, loco and rolling stock is there. I have committed all the content. Please give me a clue to fix this. Thanks. (My original post was in error; the problem is not in scenarios, but routes. Sorry!

EDIT: wait, what?! hmm, might try updating the content. there will be a tab in the opening screen that says "Content Updates" go into that and download. if all else fails, patch the game.

Maybe we have a sematics problem here.
None of the builtin routes contain locos or rolling stock. Routes only contain terrain, track, roads, trees and textures; they're all fixed features.
Locos and rolling stock are placed in a route by making a session. You have to click a route then select Create Session and then place locos and rolling stock. When you're done, save the session and give it a name.
You can't create scenarios in TS2010, only sessions although there are four TRS2004 scenarios included as builtin when you install TS2010.
