No Menus! Please Help!

No matter what video settings I use. Directx or OpenGL I have no menus at all.. What I mean by this is my game loads or I should say gives me the splash screen and sometimes takes me to the next screen..

Note: The blue Load bar NEVER moves....

The next screen that I do get "sometimes" is the main page.

At the top left I should have a "Main Menu" however it is missing. The box where the button should be (boarder)is there..

All the read more links are there however do not function. At the bottom of the page where the buttons should be are all missing but I do see the dots.

All my drivers are up to date, I have reinstalled 3 times now. I have even tried installing as administrator and made sure anti virus was off..

I have sent in support ticket however they seem to be clueless at this moment. I have sent them all my specs and settings and they don't seam to know why its doing this.. I even sent screen shots.

All my test came back good

I far exceed the recommendations for TS2009

I run Vista Ultima 32b

Dual Core Intel 2.4

Geforce 8800

I have tried every video setting as well as resolutions.:'(

Sorry I see that I have put this post into the wrong thread.

Just something comes to mind, Maybe check to make sure Nvidia GFX Driver is upto date, Though using an 8800 series the driver should be sufficient, but you never know.

Did you have to do a DXDIAG? wouldn't mind seeing that if you did, That can possibly shed some light on the issue (Fingers crossed) Quite happy to have a look at the dxdiag file, if you want to email me the text file, save posting it here as it will be a long long text post) I read these day in day out with my business and happy to assist if I can.

All my drivers are updated on my system from bios to sound card. here is my driver :

NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 186.18

Not to be rude , but this thread is a good example of members using PM to try and solve a problem , it is of little help to any other members trying to solve the same problem ?
