No Image?!

I am trying to upload mycontent which happens to be a route, any way auran sent me an email saying that there is no image but I have added an image to it before I uploaded it. This is what the email said;

Dear klambert,

The addition of your content file upload.cdp has failed due to the following reason:

- No Image associate with the content <kuid:393563:1060>.

If you require further assistance please contact our helpdesk (http://www.auran.com/helpdesk)

I dont know what happened to make the triple thread my computer froze when I pressed submit sorry

the image has to fit within certian guideline. just including the image doesn't work.

If my memory servers me; your thumbnail has to be 240x180px and in jpg form. you also have to reference it in the asset's config file (directions on that are in the CCG)

Excuse please, if it should not bring up an error in TS 2009, you must write the sizes with (")
...
width "240"
height "180"
...

It´s one of the mostly to fixed error in older content for using in TS 2009.

Well, that's my problem, I accidentally had it as a .bmp, not a .jpg.
