No Gold Watch, No Party, But...

Although I rarely resort to sarcasm, I always did appreciate your brand of humor, Ed....I will miss it...

You've made many a great time buddy.

Ed,

I've been with these forums for a little more than a year, and Ed, you have really made it worth sticking around.
I've always enjoyed your humor and positive outlook.
You always seem to prove a valid point, and you do so with that no B.S approach that I have come to like, thanks to you.
You have had much influence on the everyday activities of the forum, you have created so many good times, and I really have enjoyed getting to know you.
You will be sincerely missed as the forums will never be the same, without good ol' Mr. Ed.
Ed, I sincerely hope that life treats you well, and I really hope that one day, I'll get the chance to meet you.

Let us all raise a glass to you!

Even though I haven't been on these forums long, I have very much enjoyed seeing your posts. We will all miss you Ed. :)

Completely unexpected, Ed. Good luck and glad to see you aren't going to be completely out of touch.

Hi Ed,

As so many others - this was unexpected and sad news from a great guy I come to like to see pieces of his brains from... ;)

No, not actually pieces, only the words it helps his hands to form. :)

Good luck with your regaining the visions, living with a man having problems with his eyes, I know how it can be (from an outsider's point that is.)

Enjoy life

Linda

OK Euphod I will bite. You are the brick on the foundation of the Forum. If you really leave then I hope you remember you are the Guardian of the GF's cat. :)

Cheers :)

AJ

I love you Ed, I love you with all my heart. You are the best thing that ever happened to me and my one true friend. I will cry myself to sleep tonight and miss your soul for the rest of my life.

One day we will be together again.
I hope you never forget me either.

Goodby

Ed, leaving, no way!!:o

Well, I'll be damned. Hope you do find happiness though Ed, just make sure to drop in and say gidday once in a while.

Thanks for everything Ed, I know you've helped me out with a few things and was always appreciated.

Good luck to you Ed in the future and I hope you do find happiness.:)

I hope all goes well with you and look forward to your posts again.
In South Africa we have a saying " Hou die blik kant bo". Tanslates to "keep the shiny side up"

Eeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddddd,

How sorry to read this from you, good old 'funnily grouchy' guy! Well, anyway, any time is the right time to make decisions.

Just think you leave good old friend-foes over here all over the world. ;)

I myself am on some kind of leave from Trainz (not a drastical one because IBTZ is sound and safe yet ;)).

The truly friendly side of Alberte  (or foe, who knows :hehe:) Take care.

Yeah, really sorry to read this young man, but, your eyesight must come first I daresay, and I'm damned sure you'll be back sometime somewhere with your excellent creations for all of us, your Punk Rockers were the best.......:hehe::hehe:
You'll be sorely missed Ed, it won't be the same without KUID 7592 around, so, look after yourself Sir, and thanks for your sarcastic wit and Trainz knowledge that we've all come to love you for from the 4 corners of the globe over the years.....

Take care Squire.....Enjoy your semi-retirement..

Cheerz. ex.

Blimey, another veteran gone, we'll be surrounded by noobs soon......

One of the reasons I disappeared from the Trainz scene before the old forums died was blindness. Fortunately two cataract operations and a year or so resting my eyes and myself helped me gain full vision again. I can still drive and use the computer without glasses, despite being 67.

They say it's not over til the fat lady sings. How much to you weigh Ed?

Good luck anyway.

Sorry to hear you are going Ed, but what must be done must be done.

Hope to see you again in due time. I'll miss your witty sarcasm...

All the best!

I shall miss your posts Ed. :(

Thanks for being such a wonderful part of this forum. I wish you the best of luck for the future. Best wishes for your health and vision.

God Bless,
Todd
