ng Passenger trains

hi .. can someone tell me where to look for some ng passenger wagons as i would like to get some ... i have some from another user (no names mentioned) and they dont work and are faulty from the start ... please help me out as i am getting frustrated looking in dls as dont know what they are under ... thanks :'(

Do a search on the dls for narrowguage he's done loads. Trains Pro routes has some also.

Most of the items on there are easily fixable, mostly its config file errors and they mostly all work in compatibility mode anyway.

Yellow errors will work in any mode, red errors will work or most of them will in compatibility mode and will work in native mode with a bit of fixing.

Once you have done a couple it's a piece of cake.

i have all the srrl's, they where originally downloaded with 2004, and now i have 2009 installed in a seperate partition on my hdd with lastXP OS ...

i'm not up to doing the config files as not program minded :'(

You dont need to be program minded, if you did I wouldn't go near cmp. Bet you 1 of the faults is spelling "caregory" instead of category. It's sometimes that easy.

With srrl content when i downloaded them with 2004 they didnt work and it is the same with 2009. i'm thinking that i might just give up on trainz and get back into world of warcraft again lol

Some things take time...You have to learn how to diagnose the errors, faults, and missing dependencies, and learn how to Google the kuids, and open up config files in the CMP...and fix certain things. Most assets work without fixing...others need alot of fixing....remember...all this stuff is freeware. Donated by others, some of whom do not read nor write fluently in English, and spellling problems crop up in the config files.
