Well, I've been away for a while seeing the astounding sights of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. On my return I find we have a new thread dedicated to toy Trainz layouts. Good -- because I've actually realised that I've been making model layouts all along, ever since I purchased TRS2004.

I enjoy your model railroad layouts as they become a refreshing step away from my route building and beta testing of the bigger brethren.

I hope you took some nice pictures of that breathtaking scenery, which will become parts of new routes in the future.
