You must realise that the paper is very, very, biased, as for some it has an interest in getting the rail line removed from the CBD.
And note how the Herald approves comments from those who support cuttiing the rail line, yet when the EXACT same language is used by those that support keeping the rail line, then it is not approved, or the same words are edited out or changed. This has been proven after said the exact same words, but changed it to suit those who support keeping the rail line, and yes, the same word was changed.
