Hello all,

I'm new to both Trainz and this forum, a couple of questions.....

1) I was assigned a username (glen4b0) when buying an electronic download of Trainz 2010, is there any way I can change this or am I stuck with it?

2) How do you upload a custom avatar on this forum?

1.I have another account with my trainz serial number but i lost the password so i can no longer use it so i got a new name i dont think you can re-register your serial number with a new name though...
2.As for your second question, You cant upload custom avatars, You have to use the ones that are already there.

Hi Glen
Please contact the helpdesk, and we will look into the username for you. We do not recommend registering multiple accounts, as it does clog up the database, as well as make it confusing for users to remember which username to use.

Many thanks DVNGER and Zec for your replies.

I'll contact the helpdesk now in the hope that this can be done. The reason being that I use one username for everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) from my personal email address and Facebook page to my internet banking and work pc log on! It would just make it easier if I could have it here also.
