I just downloaded TS2010 build 43434, which patch should I install and where do I get the patch from?

Your best bet is to first register your serial number with N3V - click Planet Auran, then Serial Number, then fill in the form.

I did register the game since it was a digital purchase. Hopefully I'll get better as time goes by.

Digital download does not mean registered.

You will have to manually register your game to your account via this website:
https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
After registration, your game will immediately show next to your name.

Once Registered through the link Oknotsen provided, the game will auto patch up to a point, I think. It does this for 2012 anyway.
