Are you attempting to "order" content? And I assume you would like that content delivered to you free of charge?
I guess you're pretty new around here:hehe:

As a new member we have all cut you a mega load of slack on this post of yours, but it will not last too long, so you should learn the "rules of the road" as far as content requests goes. I am not a good teacher so I will leave it to others but it will be to your advantage to listen closely to their advice.

Good luck, Dave

So... you want some rolling stock...

What can you do? I hope you know no one will just pop up some great content for you. Your better off just going out there and looking at tutorial and make the content yourself. At least reskin some boxcars or locomotives.

I can say one thing for you, you won't go very far if you do not learn that you can not ask suddenly for content that will take a long time to make. You've basically just said: Hey, all you experts, I just make a fun little route, could you make me some cars and locomotives?

Cars and locomotives that take months to make. Calm down, and enjoy your route. Wait until you get better and better, and do your best to really sharpen your skills, and don't stop. Skin them yourself, and whatnot. You know with real determination, you can. Sorry to come off like a jerk, but I just want you to take it seriously that people can make fun of you, and you need to just keep things low. Make your great routes, release them, and do your best to be self-sufficient. Sure, it's great to make things with others, but try to start by making little projects, test your own skills. See what you can make, and then start making some teams.

Not many want to make friends with someone who is really a nice person, but comes off like a demanding one. What Trainz are you running? If your running TRS2006 or lower, we could do a route together if you'd like.

Cheers,
Joshua

Hi HW

Boy, did you cop the backlash! Let me explain...

I have never created a loco to any standard whatsoever, but judging by the production rate of the better creators, expect to see two or three new models a year. For a steam model divide the output by three or four.

Now routes are something I do know a little bit about. At a guess two years for something decent assuming the route builder doesn't get side-tracked along the way. Every route-builder I know gets side-tracked, the tedium can get mind-numbing. (Which reminds me, I got to copy/paste another 100,000 trees.....)

So all up you posted a two line request for a two-to-three year commitment from a team of one route-builder and a couple of content creators. Not counting any custom content needed for the route.

And whistle when you're done.....

Andy :)

I am only 14 too. :hehe: It's not that bad, you just have to get in the grove of reskinning. Here's all the tech I use:

http://www.gimp.org/

http://www.getpaint.net/download.html

http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php

That's it. Everything there is the manufacture's website. The programs are released fully for free, no trial, offers, or restrictions or a bigger better one to buy later on. See, I started getting crazy, I want to know so badly how to do these things. I went from causing errors, to fixing errors. I recommend you make some dummy images by taking the file you reskin from a locomotive, and making dummy copies in your personal Pictures folder. Then try out the tools for each editor on those images to see what you can do. ;)

Jayturf,
Microsoft Paint is very hard on a beginner.
